April 2008 DISPATCH FROM YOUR CHAPLAIN

Well it's almost that time of the year.  But lets remember some things first.  United States citizens and free people everywhere owe a great debt of gratitude to all military service personnel, especially POWs/ MIAs/ KIAs - freedom isn't free !!

Many soldiers  were seriously injured or killed in action and, thus, sacrificed their lives for all of us.  It's important to remember these courageous men when we enjoy our liberties today.  So, say a big THANK YOU to a veteran whenever you can.

And with better weather coming, I know a lot of you have the itch to ride.  So ride safe and may God ride with you.

Chaplain  Ed

December 2007 DISPATCH FROM YOUR CHAPLAIN

Luke 1:30 -31 - And the angel said unto her, fear not , Mary, for thouhast found favor with God.  And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus.

Know that's the real reason, for the season.  But lets keep in our hearts, minds and prayers all of our Armed Forces.  Here and on foreign soil and all POW's and MIA's that are still not accounted for.

So Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to all.

Chaplain Ed.

September 2007 DISPATCH FROM YOUR CHAPLAIN

John 15:13 - Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

I had with great honor and respect to give the opening prayer for the Ohio Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park Ground Breaking on August 25th in Clinton, Ohio, with many in attendance.

Over three thousand names will be on that Black Granite Wall - just from Ohio.  With all tears and broken hearts, it was nice to see something being done for the ones who laid down their lives for their fellow comrades and others.

For those who made it back - Welcome Home!  For the one's that didn't, may God comfort their families and friends. Please keep them in your prayers.

May God ride with you.

Chaplain Ed.
